What is The Khanya Collective?
The Khanya Collective is a South African multi-service collective based in Fourways, Johannesburg. We bring together creative and customisation services, professional and business development, and product sourcing and supply under one trusted brand, while creating opportunities for emerging entrepreneurs and small businesses to collaborate and grow.
Where are you based and which areas do you serve?
We are based in Douglasdale, Fourways, Johannesburg, and operate mainly online. We serve customers across South Africa, with nationwide delivery on products and professional and creative services available virtually. Face-to-face meetings, consultations and collections are by appointment.
Do you work with individuals or only businesses?
Both. We work with individuals looking for personalised products or career support, and with businesses and organisations that need branded apparel, corporate gifts, creative services or business support.
Do you cater for both individual and bulk orders?
Yes. Whether you need one personalised item, merchandise for an event or a larger corporate order, we tailor our approach to the size and requirements of each order.
How long do customised orders take?
Our average production turnaround is about 2–3 business days. Customised orders can take up to 5 business days depending on the size and complexity of the order, stock availability and artwork approval. Courier or delivery time is additional.
Do you deliver throughout South Africa?
Yes. We deliver nationwide using PUDO locker-to-locker services through The Courier Guy. Delivery arrangements and costs are confirmed when you place your order. Collection in Douglasdale, Fourways can also be arranged by appointment.
How do I request a quote for a custom or bulk order?
Request a quote through the website, email info@thekhanyacollective.co.za or WhatsApp 082 455 0026. The more you tell us about the product, quantity, customisation and the date you need it, the more accurately we can quote.
What are your business hours?
Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00. Saturdays are by appointment, and we are closed on Sundays and public holidays.
